Following the earthquake on March 28, 2025, Spring Tower has undergone a thorough inspection by a team of expert engineers. The results confirm that the building’s structure remains intact, with no damage sustained. It continues to be strong and completely safe.

Spring Tower and its systems have been designed in accordance with core structural engineering standards, ensuring high resilience against seismic activity. Additionally, the building has been received the BSA (Building Safety Awards) at the Platinum level, and the building has been certified with LEED Certification at the GOLD level reaffirming its safety and quality.

Spring Tower is operating as usual.
